6 - Stated periods and mode of payment

The stated period for the execution of the projects will be of 90 days.
The payment will be effected of the following form:
20% of signal in the signature of the contract.
30% in the delivery of the preliminary study.
30% in the delivery of the project architectural.
20% in the delivery of the executive project.

7 - Obligations of the contractor

To carry through the referring payments to each stage, in the dates stipulated in the contract.
To be responsible for the payment of legal taxes, municipal, state taxes, ART,
ISS and necessary copies to the development and approval of the projects, as well as
services of dispatchers.
Complementary projects, such as: Project and calculation of the wooden structure, foundations,
Electric, hydraulical installations etc., diverse paisagismo, equipment, mockups, perspectives.
The visits to the place, during the execution of the workmanship will be remunerated and defrayed by the contractor.
To be responsible for the payment of modifications in the project, after approval of the preliminary study.

8 - Obligations of the contracted one

To fulfill the stated periods stipulated for the contract.
To give to assistance technique during the process of approval of the legal project.
Whenever requested, to give to assistance technique during the execution of the workmanship, by means of remuneration to be paid for the contractor. R$100,00/hora. The counting of the time is made from the moment where the architect initiates its displacement for the workmanship or office of the customer, until its return to the origin place.

E, to put to be of full agreement, the parts sign the present contract in three text ways equal and form, initialed in each leaf.
